Season steak and shrimp separately, with Mrs. Dash table blend seasoning.
In a small pan, cook shrimp until they turn pink and set aside.
In a large wok or pan of your choice, spray pan with cooking spray, and cook steak and onion on medium-high heat, until steak is browned on all sides, stirring occasionally.
While meat is cooking, steam vegetables for 7-8 minutes and cook rice in microwave.
Once steak is browned, add shrimp to large pan, cover, and simmer on low heat.
When vegetables are done, add to wok with meat. Stir, cover and simmer on low for 5 minutes.
Serve stir fry with rice. Add soy sauce if desired.
