This dish is for the busy cook, who has a few hours to spare, but doesn’t want to spend all of it in the kitchen! Chicken will come out tender and juicy. I love to serve this dish with fresh, steamed vegetables. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- Mrs. Dash original seasoning
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Place chicken on a cutting board and season with Mrs. Dash, garlic powder and paprika on both sides. Place chicken in a slow cooker.
- Pour olive oil and chicken broth in slower cooker.
- Cover, and cook chicken on high heat for 3 hours.
